Delicious and quick apple rings coated in cinnamon-sugar, made easy using the air fryer.

- 2 large apples
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Slice the apples into rings and remove the seeds.
- In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar together.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Coat the apple slices with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place the apple rings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crisp, flipping halfway through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Serve warm alone or with vanilla ice cream or yogurt. A sprinkle of extra cinnamon adds flavor.
