Description

Crispy and flavorful Air Fryer Pasta Chips, perfect for snacking or enjoying with dips.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rigatoni or farfalle (regular, whole wheat, chickpea, or gluten-free)
  • 12 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the rigatoni. Cook al dente according to the package instructions. Strain the pasta and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F.
  3. Toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and parmesan cheese until well coated.
  4. Add the pasta to the preheated air fryer basket and cook for 10 to 14 minutes, shaking the basket at the 6-minute mark for even cooking.
  5. Enjoy your pasta chips immediately! Garnish with extra parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.

Notes
