Ingredients

- 2 cups rigatoni or farfalle (regular, whole wheat, chickpea, or gluten-free)
- 1 – 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the rigatoni. Cook al dente according to the package instructions. Strain the pasta and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F.
- Toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and parmesan cheese until well coated.
- Add the pasta to the preheated air fryer basket and cook for 10 to 14 minutes, shaking the basket at the 6-minute mark for even cooking.
- Enjoy your pasta chips immediately! Garnish with extra parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer to restore crispiness.
