Description

Quick and easy Air Fryer Pork Chops that are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub each pork chop with olive oil.
  3. Season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Once done, let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Choose pork chops of similar thickness for even cooking. Pat them dry before seasoning for better spice adherence.
