- 2 tablespoons Fresh rosemary, chopped

- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, chopped rosemary, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the pork chops in the herb mixture, ensuring they are well covered.
- Grill or sear the pork chops for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juicy.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
