Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh oregano, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, chopped rosemary, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the pork chops in the herb mixture, ensuring they are well covered.
