- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving grease in the pan.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Add the fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Mix in the cooked bacon and cheddar cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic powder based on your taste preference. Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for better flavor.
