Delicious and simple Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins, perfect for breakfast or a snack, made with ripe bananas and rich chocolate chips.

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- Add melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool and enjoy!

Best served warm. Store in an airtight container for up to three days or freeze for longer storage.
