Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 ounces pasta (such as penne or rotini)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the cooked pasta with the beef mixture and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for 2-3 months.
