Description

A hearty and comforting dish combining ground beef, pasta, marinara, and melted cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 12 ounces pasta (such as penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain any excess fat.
  4. Stir in the marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix the cooked pasta with the beef mixture and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for 2-3 months.
