- 1 package crescent rolls
- 1 lb boudin sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or your choice)
- 2 tablespoons green onions (chopped)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the crescent rolls into a flat sheet and pinch seams together to form a single layer.
- Spread the boudin sausage evenly over the crescent dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese and chopped green onions on top of the boudin.
- Roll the dough over the filling to form a log shape, and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the top of the dough with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
