Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Chop the Brown Sugar Pop Tarts into small bite-sized pieces and set them aside.

2️⃣ Cream the Butter & Sugars

In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.

3️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Slowly add this to the wet ingredients, mixing just until a dough forms.
