- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until golden and no longer pink.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
