- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon and set it aside, but leave the drippings in the pan.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides and add them to the skillet. Sear the chops until they are golden brown and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about one minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and add the Dijon mustard, stirring until everything is well combined. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it thickens.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet, coating them in the creamy sauce. Crumble the crispy bacon over the top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops for an hour before cooking. Add red pepper flakes for spice. Use a heavy-bottomed skillet for the best sear.
