Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz medium pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Drain excess fat if needed, then stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the tomato sauce and beef broth to the pot, stirring well.
  5. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and add the heavy cream.
  6. Stir in the cooked pasta shells and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Cover and let cook for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
