- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Drain excess fat if needed, then stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the tomato sauce and beef broth to the pot, stirring well.
- Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and add the heavy cream.
- Stir in the cooked pasta shells and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover and let cook for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
