- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup heavy cream or milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli and cook for a few minutes until it is tender.
- Pour in the cream or milk, and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Stir in the cheese until it melts and mixes well.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, and mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For a lighter option, use milk instead of heavy cream. You can also add cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
