Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot. Drain and set it aside.
- In the same pot, add the ground beef over medium heat and cook until browned.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the butter and let it melt completely.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a low simmer.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Return the cooked pasta to the pot and toss to coat it in the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
