Description

A delicious and easy-to-make dish combining rich flavors with healthy ingredients, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Fresh basil, for garnish
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup Heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove salmon and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
  6. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  7. Pour in heavy cream and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  8. Return the salmon to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over the fish.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve hot with a side of rice or pasta, or with a fresh green salad. Add crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
