- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each pork chop into the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray lightly with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
Notes
