Description

Deliciously crispy baked pork chops coated in Parmesan and breadcrumbs, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each pork chop into the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray lightly with olive oil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
