Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) if you plan to bake the onion rings.
- Slice the onion into thick rings.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- In another bowl, mix the crushed pork rinds and Parmesan cheese.
- Dip each onion ring into the egg wash, then coat it with the pork rind mixture.
- If you’re frying, heat oil in a pan and fry the rings until golden brown. If baking, place the rings on a baking sheet, spray with oil, and bake for about 15-20 minutes until crispy.
