Ingredients

  • 1 cup pork rinds, crushed
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) if you plan to bake the onion rings.
  2. Slice the onion into thick rings.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, mix the crushed pork rinds and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Dip each onion ring into the egg wash, then coat it with the pork rind mixture.
