- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into thin strips.
- In a bowl, toss the sweet potato strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crunch, soak the cut sweet potatoes in water for at least 30 minutes before baking. Cut the sweet potatoes into uniform thickness for even cooking.
