Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, chicken broth, cream cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir to combine the ingredients well.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir it back into the sauce.
  6. Serve over rice or pasta and garnish with fresh basil.

Notes
