- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme to make the spice rub.
- Rub the pork chops with olive oil and then coat them with the spice mixture on both sides.
- Place the pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Let the pork chops rest after baking to keep them juicy. You can add cayenne pepper for a kick or use bone-in pork chops for extra flavor.
