Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta of choice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In the last 3-4 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the pot.
- Drain the pasta and broccoli, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the drained pasta and broccoli to the skillet, along with the reserved pasta water, and stir to combine.
- Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese, seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy your healthy meal!
