Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and honey (if using) and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead it for a minute.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each piece into a bagel shape.
  6. Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
