Description

These easy baked ham and cheese sliders are buttery, cheesy, and perfect for feeding a crowd. Great for weeknights, parties, or anytime comfort food cravings hit.

Ingredients

Scale

1 pack (12-count) Hawaiian rolls

¾ lb deli ham, thinly sliced

68 slices Swiss cheese

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.

2. Slice rolls horizontally and place bottom halves in dish.

3. Layer ham and cheese evenly, then replace tops.

4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with mustard, Worcestershire, poppy seeds, garlic powder, and onion powder.

5. Brush mixture over rolls. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

6. Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes until golden. Let cool slightly, then serve.

Notes

Can be made ahead of time—assemble, cover, and refrigerate until ready to bake.

Use any cheese you like: provolone, cheddar, gouda all work great.

Leftovers reheat beautifully in a toaster oven or air fryer.
