Ingredients

- 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews)
- 1/2 cup seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut or almond butter)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the nuts, seeds, oats, cinnamon, and salt.
- Combine the nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
- Using your hands, form small balls or patties of the mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden, then let cool on a wire rack.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Freeze for longer storage.
