- 1 packet instant yeast

- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for frosting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, egg, food coloring, and vanilla.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and knead until a dough forms.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread it with a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut it into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- For the frosting, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread frosting over warm rolls and enjoy!
Notes
Ensure milk is warm but not hot to activate yeast. Allow dough to rise in a warm place. Don’t skip the frosting for added flavor.
