Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the sourdough discard, melted butter, and salt until well combined.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure it’s even.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the crackers are crisp and golden, about 20-25 minutes.
- Once baked, let cool before breaking into pieces and serving.
Notes
For added flavor, try incorporating herbs or spices. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
