Description

Delicious salmon bites marinated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the salmon pieces in the honey garlic mixture for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat a pan over medium heat and add a bit of olive oil.
  4. Add the marinated salmon bites to the pan, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through and slightly caramelized.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Avoid marinating the salmon for too long to preserve texture. For extra flavor, consider adding red pepper flakes.
