- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the salmon pieces in the honey garlic mixture for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a pan over medium heat and add a bit of olive oil.
- Add the marinated salmon bites to the pan, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through and slightly caramelized.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
