Description

A comforting dish that combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with creamy Alfredo pasta.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the grated Parmesan and shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  6. Mix in the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped onions while cooking the ground beef. Swap the pasta for your favorite type, like penne or rigatoni. Add crushed red pepper for heat if desired.
