Description

These Marshmallow Rice Krispies Halloween Brains are a spooky twist on the classic treat. Gooey, crunchy, and decorated with red drizzle for a creepy effect — perfect for Halloween parties!

Ingredients

Scale

6 cups Rice Krispies cereal 1 bag (10 oz) marshmallows 3 tbsp butter Red food coloring or gel Optional: strawberry syrup, candy eyeballs

Instructions

1. Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. 2. Add marshmallows and stir until smooth and melted. 3. Mix in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated. 4. Grease hands with butter and shape mixture into brain-sized ovals. 5. Use fingers or spoon handle to make grooves in each brain. 6. Drizzle with red food coloring or strawberry syrup for a bloody effect. 7. Add candy eyeballs if desired, then serve on a spooky platter.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 3 days. Do not freeze, as marshmallow treats become too chewy. Make-ahead tip: Shape brains the night before, decorate right before serving. Add pink food coloring to marshmallow mix for a more realistic brain color.
