- Stuffing mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Chicken broth
- Gravy
- Salt
- Pepper
- Herbs (optional, such as thyme or rosemary)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey and stuffing mix.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and chicken broth. Then, add this mixture to the turkey and stuffing mix.
- Season your mix with salt, pepper, and herbs if desired.
- Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup with the turkey and stuffing mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm, topped with gravy.
Notes
For added flavor, try using homemade turkey broth instead of chicken broth. Mix in veggies like chopped onions or celery for extra texture.
