Ingredients

  • Leftover turkey, shredded
  • Stuffing mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • Gravy
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Herbs (optional, such as thyme or rosemary)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey and stuffing mix.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and chicken broth. Then, add this mixture to the turkey and stuffing mix.
  4. Season your mix with salt, pepper, and herbs if desired.
  5. Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup with the turkey and stuffing mixture.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
