Description

Enjoy crispy and delicious chicken with fresh vegetables made in the Ninja Air Fryer, a healthier take on fried favorites.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of fresh vegetables (like broccoli, carrots, or bell peppers)
  • 1 pound of chicken thighs or breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Your favorite seasoning blend

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Ninja Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer for even cooking.
  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for crispy results.
  5. Add vegetables (if using) tossed with olive oil, salt, and seasonings after the chicken is cooked, and air fry for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  6. Check that everything is cooked through and crispy. Serve warm!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer for optimal crispiness.
