Description

Delicious and easy-to-make no-bake brownies that bring back childhood memories with every fudgy bite.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together almond butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, oats, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. Press the brownie mixture firmly into the bottom of the dish.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes to set.
  5. Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, consider drizzling melted chocolate on top. Store brownies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
