Ingredients

- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together almond butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, oats, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Press the brownie mixture firmly into the bottom of the dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes to set.
- Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, consider drizzling melted chocolate on top. Store brownies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
