Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Slice the zucchinis thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- Place the zucchini slices on a paper towel and sprinkle with salt. Let them sit for about 10-15 minutes to draw out moisture.
- Pat the zucchini slices dry with another paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese and garlic powder together.
- Lightly spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray.
- Dip each zucchini slice in the cheese mixture to coat both sides and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 1-2 hours until the chips are crisp and golden brown.
- Let them cool before serving. Enjoy your healthy zucchini chips!
