Description

Crispy, oven-baked zucchini chips that are a healthy snack alternative, seasoned with garlic and parmesan.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  3. Place the zucchini slices on a paper towel and sprinkle with salt. Let them sit for about 10-15 minutes to draw out moisture.
  4. Pat the zucchini slices dry with another paper towel.
  5. In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese and garlic powder together.
  6. Lightly spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray.
  7. Dip each zucchini slice in the cheese mixture to coat both sides and place them on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for about 1-2 hours until the chips are crisp and golden brown.
  9. Let them cool before serving. Enjoy your healthy zucchini chips!
