Ingredients
2 ripe Bosc pears, sliced
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
2. In a bowl, whisk flour, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
3. In another bowl, beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, and melted butter.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
5. Fold in sliced pears (lightly floured to prevent sinking).
6. Pour batter into pan, spread evenly.
7. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden and set.
8. Cool before slicing. Dust with powdered sugar or glaze if desired.
Notes
Use firm pears like Bosc or Anjou.
Great with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
