Ingredients
4 Bosc or Bartlett pears
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Slice pears and arrange in a baking dish.
3. Mix oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and butter until crumbly.
4. Sprinkle mixture over pears.
5. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown.
6. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
Use Bosc pears for firm texture in baking.
Overripe pears are great for purees and cakes.
Add caramel sauce for extra richness.
