Description

A fun twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, combining ground beef with cheese and veggies on toasted buns.


Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons A-1 sauce
  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
  • 4 toasted buns
  • 4 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and green pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the beef broth, A-1 sauce, and steak seasoning. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Serve the beef mixture on toasted buns and top with provolone cheese.
