- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons A-1 sauce
- 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
- 4 toasted buns
- 4 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and green pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Stir in the beef broth, A-1 sauce, and steak seasoning. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Serve the beef mixture on toasted buns and top with provolone cheese.
Notes
Add extra toppings like pickles or hot sauce for added flavor. For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for 2 months.
