Description
A comforting and easy one-dish meal that combines pork chops, rice, and a creamy mushroom sauce, topped with cheese.

- 4 pork chops
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large baking dish, layer the cooked rice evenly.
- Place the pork chops on top of the rice.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, chopped onion, and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour this mixture over the pork chops.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of everything.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. For a crispy top, broil the casserole for a few minutes after baking.
