Ingredients

  • 2 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and thyme.
  3. Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the pork chops.
  4. Add olive oil to the hot skillet, then add the pork chops.
  5. Sear the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
