Description

A delicious and easy dish with juicy pork chops and crispy potatoes, all cooked on one pan for minimal mess and maximum flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned potatoes on a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, season pork chops with salt, pepper, and any optional fresh herbs.
  5. After 15 minutes, remove the sheet pan from the oven and push the potatoes to one side.
  6. Place the pork chops on the other side of the pan.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!

Notes

Cut potatoes into evenly sized pieces for even cooking. Feel free to experiment with spices to suit your taste.
