- 4 pork chops
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned potatoes on a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, season pork chops with salt, pepper, and any optional fresh herbs.
- After 15 minutes, remove the sheet pan from the oven and push the potatoes to one side.
- Place the pork chops on the other side of the pan.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
Notes
Cut potatoes into evenly sized pieces for even cooking. Feel free to experiment with spices to suit your taste.
