Ingredients

  • 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the onions until they are translucent.
  3. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
