A fun twist on classic stuffing, these waffles are perfect for any meal and bring a new texture and flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boxes Stove Top Stuffing (or Homemade leftovers)
  • 2 Eggs
  • Pan Spray
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Stock

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Stove Top stuffing according to package instructions.
  2. Once prepared, spread it out in a pan and let it cool completely for about 30 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add the cooled stuffing, eggs, and chicken stock. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized balls, about 1/3 cup each.
  5. Spray the waffle maker with pan spray to prevent sticking.
  6. Press the stuffing balls into the bottom of the waffle maker to fill it completely.
  7. Close the waffle maker and hold it down for about 15 seconds. Continue to cook until the waffle is crispy.
  8. Carefully transfer the waffles to a cooling rack and keep warm while cooking the rest.

Notes

Serve hot with sauces or toppings like gravy, cranberry sauce, or maple syrup. You can also add fresh herbs or cheese on top.
