Description

A refreshing and simple frozen treat made with strawberries and yogurt, perfect for a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup plain or flavored yogurt (your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Combine the sliced strawberries and yogurt in a mixing bowl. If desired, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
  2. Mix the ingredients gently until the strawberries are coated with yogurt.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Drop small spoonfuls of the strawberry yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper, leaving space between each dot.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for about 120-180 minutes, or until solid.
  6. Remove the yogurt dots from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
