Ingredients

- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 whole wheat wrap or tortilla
- 1 slice of cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Sliced tomatoes
- Lettuce or spinach
Instructions
- Mix together the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Lay the whole wheat wrap flat and add the tuna mixture evenly across the center.
- Top with a slice of cheese, sliced tomatoes, and lettuce or spinach.
- Roll the wrap tightly, slice in half, and serve.
