Description

A warm, melty tuna melt wrap combining creamy tuna, cheese, and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 whole wheat wrap or tortilla
  • 1 slice of cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Lettuce or spinach

Instructions

  1. Mix together the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Lay the whole wheat wrap flat and add the tuna mixture evenly across the center.
  3. Top with a slice of cheese, sliced tomatoes, and lettuce or spinach.
  4. Roll the wrap tightly, slice in half, and serve.
