Ingredients

- 3 Cups Watermelon (Cubed)
- 3/4 Cup Coconut Yogurt
- 5 Kiwis (Cubed)
Instructions
- Cube the watermelon and blend it in a blender or a food processor until smooth.
- Transfer the watermelon puree to popsicle molds and freeze for 180 minutes.
- After 3 hours, add a thin layer of coconut yogurt over the frozen watermelon layer.
- Put the molds back in the freezer for another 90 minutes.
- Peel and cut the kiwi into cubes and blend in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Pour the kiwi puree over the yogurt layer in the molds.
- Freeze for an additional 360 minutes, or until completely frozen.
