Description

Refreshing watermelon popsicles made with creamy yogurt and tangy kiwi for a delightful summer treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Cups Watermelon (Cubed)
  • 3/4 Cup Coconut Yogurt
  • 5 Kiwis (Cubed)

Instructions

  1. Cube the watermelon and blend it in a blender or a food processor until smooth.
  2. Transfer the watermelon puree to popsicle molds and freeze for 180 minutes.
  3. After 3 hours, add a thin layer of coconut yogurt over the frozen watermelon layer.
  4. Put the molds back in the freezer for another 90 minutes.
  5. Peel and cut the kiwi into cubes and blend in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  6. Pour the kiwi puree over the yogurt layer in the molds.
  7. Freeze for an additional 360 minutes, or until completely frozen.
