Juicy grilled chicken breasts marinated in vibrant chimichurri sauce made with fresh parsley and garlic.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- Combine parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to make the chimichurri sauce.
- Marinate chicken breasts in half of the chimichurri sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Skewer the marinated chicken breasts.
- Grill skewered chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- Remove from grill and drizzle with the remaining chimichurri sauce before serving.
Notes
Serve with a fresh salad or roasted vegetables, and drizzle extra chimichurri on top for enhanced flavors.
