Description

Juicy grilled chicken breasts marinated in vibrant chimichurri sauce made with fresh parsley and garlic.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. Combine parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to make the chimichurri sauce.
  2. Marinate chicken breasts in half of the chimichurri sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  4. Skewer the marinated chicken breasts.
  5. Grill skewered chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  6. Remove from grill and drizzle with the remaining chimichurri sauce before serving.

Notes

Serve with a fresh salad or roasted vegetables, and drizzle extra chimichurri on top for enhanced flavors.
