A quick and easy baked Bang Bang salmon recipe with a spicy-sweet sauce that’s perfect for weeknight dinners.

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the sriracha, honey, soy sauce, and olive oil in a small bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on it.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then brush the sriracha honey sauce over each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
Don’t overcook the salmon; keep an eye on it as it bakes. For extra spice, feel free to add more sriracha.
