Description

A quick and easy baked Bang Bang salmon recipe with a spicy-sweet sauce that’s perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the sriracha, honey, soy sauce, and olive oil in a small bowl.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on it.
  4. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then brush the sriracha honey sauce over each fillet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve with lime wedges on the side.

Notes

Don’t overcook the salmon; keep an eye on it as it bakes. For extra spice, feel free to add more sriracha.
