- 4 pork chops
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Sear the pork chops in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and mix well.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet and let them simmer in the creamy sauce for a few minutes.
- Optional: Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
