Description

Delicious and hearty pork chops simmered in a rich, creamy sauce with spinach and mushrooms, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Sear the pork chops in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft.
  5. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and mix well.
  7. Return the pork chops to the skillet and let them simmer in the creamy sauce for a few minutes.
  8. Optional: Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
