- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup hot honey (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, ham, cheddar, and chives.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
- Roll out the dough to about 1-inch thickness and cut into desired shapes.
- Place biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the biscuits are baking, melt hot honey butter.
- Remove biscuits from the oven and brush with hot honey butter before serving.

Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
