Description

A delicious and customizable snack that combines creamy yogurt and crunchy granola, perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 34 tbsp honey (depending on desired sweetness)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • Berries of choice to top

Instructions

  1. Mix the oats, cinnamon, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract together until it forms a sticky dough.
  2. Line a muffin pan with muffin liners, then add a spoonful of the granola dough into the bottom of each muffin cup.
  3. Press firmly with your fingers to create a sturdy base.
  4. Spoon yogurt into each cup and then top with berries and any leftover granola.
  5. Place the muffin pan in the freezer and let it set for at least 240 minutes.
  6. Thaw slightly before serving.
