Description

A low-carb take on classic burgers, packed with fresh veggies and savory beef.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup burger sauce (creamy and tangy dressing)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, pickles, and the cooked beef mixture.
  4. Drizzle with burger sauce and toss to combine.
  5. Serve topped with shredded cheese if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding diced onions or mushrooms while cooking the beef. You can also customize the toppings to your taste.
